Rowan has lost all contact with close family members over the last 5 years but had a younger sister named lily, mother names Sue and father named Jake

Rowan Hart finished high school then went right into regular full time work at a workshop, slowly he is building up relationships and contacts and is now trying to get away from the average 9-5

Rowan is a very curious and caring person who wants to work for what he has, he also struggles to look the other way when he sees something is wrong because of this he manages to find himself in difficult situations. Rowan is also known to struggle with conversating with new people mainly rooting back to his childhood.
Hobbies and Interests: What does your character enjoy doing in their free time? Any specific hobbies, interests, or passions? (Min: 50 words)
Rowan loves racing/driving, he may not be the best but god damn he tries his best. He loves to help those in need but wont put himself in trouble to do so, Aside from those he mainly just loves to game and make money >:) Rowan also loves sports bikes, Anything Kawasaki or BMW and he’s in.

Rowans a simple guy, he wants to make friends and just have fun. He wants to buy nice cars and buy/rent out a nice place in beautiful San Andreas. He also has ambitions to one day own a restaurant.

Rowans never truly cared for politics and is skeptical but not against religions so he’s never really practiced them. Rowan has major values on keeping his word, if he says something is one way it is that way, he has only on very rare and specific occasions gone back on his word.

Rowan has brown hair combed over to one side, Blue eyes and likes to wear bike helmets where appropriate, he is 6’4 around 100kg and is known to have a somewhat ugly face.

Rowen since he was young has been in love with the roaring of engines, He loved soaring through the windy roads of Queensland feeling the wind in his face as he raced past everyone only getting better at riding, his love for bikes and racing growing more and more. But then tragedy struck, Rowans younger sister Lily was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer, Lily loved bikes just as much as him so he promised his little sister that once she had recovered they could go on a great biking adventure filled with adrenaline and laughter, at first he used his love for bikes to escape the guilt he felt for lily but slowly it encroached in his love for bikes and every roar of an engine he remembered her situation. Rowan became very depressed and felt helpless because he couldn’t help his sister, until one day as he was riding on the highway going totally legal speeds he got a call from his mother, this was odd because they didn’t talk at all nowadays, Rowan pulled over and answered the call. Lily had passed away, without thinking rowan hung up the call and got back on his bike and flew. Lily the only person in his family he truly loved was gone. He made the decision then and there to get his stuff and get out of there and that’s what he did fleeing to San Andreas where hopes and dreams come true. Rowan has just moved to San Andreas, His bike broke down as he got in the city and was done for. He now wants to live his life from the beginning in a new place and leave everything behind for good. Ever since then Rowan tries to keep every promise he makes and makes it happened as soon as possible. He will never let anyone down like that ever again.
Current Situation: What is your character’s current situation within the state of San Andreas? Are they new to the state, or have they been there for a while? (Min: 50 words)
Rowans just moved to San Andreas coming from Brisbane, Australia with nothing but a bag of clothes and a bike that broke down as he reached the city. He’s hoping for a new fresh start and to escape the life he was stuck in.
