N/A, he is the only member of his family currently in the state, he is an only child, his parents recently died and he isn’t in contact with his extended family.

Jackal had a fairly typical low-middle class upbringing, attending both a public primary and high school, having fairly average grades and not being too notable amongst his peers. However, he always kept his nose clean, never dropping his morals and standards no matter the situation.
Personality: Describe your character’s personality traits, both positive and negative. What are their strengths and weaknesses?
Jackal is a straight-edged, no-nonsense sort of guy. He has a smaller tolerance for bullshit than most and holds himself to a high ethical and moral standard. He has a strong distaste for drugs and drug users, drinks alcohol very sparingly, and goes to the gym regularly. He is considerably street-smart and typically accepts a simple apology if someone wrongs him, rather than dwelling on it and dragging out issues. He is kind to strangers and can be a very social and friendly person. His weaknesses include being perhaps too forgiving, as he sometimes can roll over and forgive people very easily.
Hobbies and Interests: What does your character enjoy doing in their free time? Any specific hobbies, interests, or passions? (Min: 50 words)
Jackal likes to go the gym, has a passion for cars and has an appreciation for cooking. You can typically find Jackal working on his project car, in the gym or in the kitchen. He likes to do things with his hands, however doesn’t mind a bit of paperwork or working at a desk if he has to. He is passionate about cars, a trait he shares with his late father who taught Jackal everything to do with engines and tuning.
Goals and Ambitions: What are your character’s long-term goals and ambitions in the city? What do they hope to achieve? (Min: 75 words)
Jackal’s goal is to rise through the ranks of the PD, and hopefully become a strong leader and someone who new recruits can look up to and ask for help without fear of being put down. He hates corruption and will do anything he can to seek it out within the police force and report it through the appropriate channels. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and if it was up to him, he would be the first through the door to clear a crime scene.

Jackal is an atheist, however he is accepting of other religions and sometimes finds himself asking the bigger questions. He has a strong moral code, and adheres to it as much as he can. He helps those in need when he can, and has a strong dislike for people with questionable intentions and ethics.

Jackal is a fairly tall, averagely built guy standing at 6’1, 80kg with a bit of muscle to him from years of physical labour and working out. He has brown hair, blue eyes and a luscious handlebar mustache. Some people have also compared his hair to a toothbrush however Jackal strongly dislikes the comparison.
Backstory: Provide a detailed backstory of your character, including any significant life events, turning points, or experiences that have shaped who they are. (Min: 100 words)
Jackal’s upbringing was a fairly typical Aussie childhood, he kept to himself through school and went into the police academy straight out of high school. While in high school he did odd labouring jobs here and there to afford a car and other expenses and went through the police academy with pretty high grades. His peers thought he was a good dude, however, there was nothing overly exceptional about his performance in the academy, and kept mostly to himself much like he did in high school. His parents died in his last year of training, however, he decided to push through as he didn’t want to let the loss distract him from his goal of becoming a police officer. He has worked hard ever since, not letting himself dwell on his loss.
Current Situation: What is your character’s current situation within the state of San Andreas? Are they new to the state, or have they been there for a while? (Min: 50 words)
Jackal has established himself in the PD, currently sitting at a G1-G2 (specific rank still undetermined). He has stuck to general duties, arresting typical small-time criminals. He has yet to encounter any gangs or organisations, however this will soon change.
