So, back in the good ol’ days, Fred was hustling at Burger King, flipping burgers and serving up fries like nobody’s business. After high school, he was like, “Nah, I’m done with school stuff,” and decided to skip the whole college thing. But then, outta the blue, he somehow ended up in this academy gig. Go figure, right? So, if you peek at his resume, you might think, “Eh, not the sharpest tool in the shed.” But get this: Fred’s got this crazy talent for talkin’ to folks. Seriously, it’s like he’s got a built-in gift for makin’ connections. And that’s not somethin’ you can just learn from a textbook. It’s just him bein’ him, breaking all the rules of formal learning and whatnot.
Personality: Describe your character’s personality traits, both positive and negative. What are their strengths and weaknesses?
Fred is optimistic, shows empathy, kindness, shows humanity, patient and likes to have fun.
The problem with having a fun trait is that Fred sometimes is a tad immature, which tends to bite him in the ass. He never means badly but sometimes his actions look like he means badly. Fred can also be stubborn at times, but when he realizes he is being stubborn, hell own up and admit fault.
Hobbies and Interests: What does your character enjoy doing in their free time? Any specific hobbies, interests, or passions? (Min: 50 words)
Fred loves his sports, from Footy (AFL, to Basketball, to Soccer, to NRL, Fred can talk about it and watch it for hours on end. He supports, Everton in the Prem, Tigers in the AFL, Celtics in the NBA and Storm in the NRL. He loves to play sport too, just injury prone.
He enjoys hanging with Family and Friends when he’s not working, getting dinner and lunch at times. The reality is tho, Fred is PD PD PD, he doesn’t take much time off and prefers working to free time.
Goals and Ambitions: What are your character’s long-term goals and ambitions in the city? What do they hope to achieve? (Min: 75 words)
Fred really wants to continue to make his way up in the force so he can make the positive changes he wants to. Working hand in hand with the Cabinet and admin members, to create a force that doesn’t care for shooting, but building a good relationship with the public.
For personal goals, Fred wants to go get a hair transplant eventually as he stared balding at 18. Now at 26 he has no hair, he feels somewhat self conscious about it, so once he does save up, he’s heading to Turkey to get some hair!

Fred rarely isn’t working, so his friends would be fellow officers. He wats to eventually make new friends but he’s so career driven that he pushed back that idea till he achieves the goals he’s set himself. One would call it a sad life but Fred doesn’t care, he is happy where is and happy that he’s making a positive change.

That a good person can make a changes for the good, even when stuff hits the fan he will always try and be positive and look for the best solution for all parties.

Physical Description: Describe your character’s physical appearance, including height, weight, hair colour, eye colour, and distinctive features. (Min: 50 words)
Fred is bald with a beard, he has hazel eyes. He is 6ft, 90KG with a bit of a belly.
He has tatts on his arms, legs, chest, stomach and back. None of them really mean anything, they just looked cool so Fred got them.
Fred’s unsure what haircut he will get when he gets his transplant, but when he does he will keep it professional.

Fred grew up in a family of 5, he had two younger siblings. Being the oldest he semi rebelled against his parents. He hated the idea of having to be this “role model” for his siblings, so when he got to his teenage years he stopped caring at home which built a fractured relationship both both his parents. As he got older he stopped caring for his home life, so he pushed away. He moved out when he was 18 and didn’t look back. Fred hated school, he didn’t like studying, he hated the mindless hours listening to someone talk, so when he left he took some time off and lived his life.
After attending a rally for Equal rights, Fred witnessed a cop go on a power trip and arrest his friends for little to no reason. During this time Fred saw the bad relationship between the public and the police and decided he wanted to make a change. He joined the police academy a month later vowing to build a good relationship between those who protect and serve, and those who they serve.
Over the years of being an officers, Fred’s seen it all, from shootings, to robbery’s, Fred’s done his best to be the best of the best. Knowing he may not be the best driver, Fred focuses more on the talking to the crims, trying to find the best solution for all parties.
Learning new things everyday, Fred prides himself on the lil things, and knowing he’s not perfect, he tries his best to be the best him at all times
Current Situation: What is your character’s current situation within the state of San Andreas? Are they new to the state, or have they been there for a while? (Min: 50 words)
Fred’s been here since birth, hes always wanted to move but just seems to cant move. From school to making his way up the ladder of PD to where he’s in a spot he can help those who he needs, helping both the public and the newer PD officers.
He’s never traveled but plans too when he gets the hair transplant, making the most of the trip with a little holiday. Hes unsure if he can get a long time off or not but he will travel, he knows that for sure!
