- Cole was born in New Zealand and promptly moved to Australia gaining citizenship, but is now waiting on a visa in San Andreas.
Family Tree, Heritage & Genealogy: Does your character have any family members or close relatives? If so, who are they, and what is the nature of their relationships? - Cole has one relative who is now distant, a Cody Jakobs, brother, who has been away for an unspecified amount of time. Both were born in New Zealand, however, Cody was born 2 years later and was the spoiled younger brother who Cole disliked due to neglect by his parents.
Education, Experience & Employment: What is your character’s level of education? Did they attend college, vocational school, or have any specialized training? What does your character do for a living? Are they employed or self-employed, and in what industry or profession? (Ensure you state all degrees, certifications, experience, current/previous employment information, etc.) (Min: 75 words)
- Cole has medical training and a high degree of expertise in treating illness. Along with knowledge of how to repair and perform upgrades on vehicles, though this knowledge has only belonged to cars, not motorbikes or trucks.
Other skills include use of machinery, like power tools and basic heavy equipment. Cole used to work as an electrician before becoming medical personnel.
Personality: Describe your character’s personality traits, both positive and negative. What are their strengths and weaknesses?
- Cole’s positive traits are that friends are close and cared for, in a selfless sense. But in a negative light, anyone that isn’t close and managed to get on his bad side isn’t treated too well.
Other positive traits include extremely good driving skills and attentiveness to surroundings.
A negative trait is that Cole has very bad memory and manages to forget to do the basics, like put his seatbelt on when entering the car.
Hobbies and Interests: What does your character enjoy doing in their free time? Any specific hobbies, interests, or passions? (Min: 50 words)
- Cole enjoys driving in his spare time, and also enjoying his time with friends, this could be out at a bar or even just going for a drive and seeing a new location. Other hobbies include parachuting, as it gives an adrenaline that the medical field doesn’t exactly push on you. Cole does tend to avoid guns as much as possible.
Some lesser hobbies include hiking and skateboarding, but are still involved in his life from time to time.
Goals and Ambitions: What are your character’s long-term goals and ambitions in the city? What do they hope to achieve? (Min: 75 words)
- Cole hopes to make some friends he can get along with and make his and their time in the city enjoyable. But at the same time, hopefully uncover the mystery of his long lost brother, Cody, who was thought to be lost off the coast of Australia with nothing but a jetski and bucket of Redbull. This mystery will hopefully lead to Cole’s peace of mind and help him live a stress free life.
Cole may also look into joining a medical role within the city of San Andreas and is willing to learn new elements to further his medical knowledge.
Friends and Allies: Who are your character’s friends or allies in the city? Are there any specific groups or factions they are affiliated with? (Min: 25 words per person/group if applicable)
*Cole has usually allied with police in the past as they have been a big part in protection and a mutual benefitting of both groups. The police get medical attention and Cole got to avoid stray gunfire from criminals and their illegal passions.
Enemies and Rivals: Does your character have any enemies or rivals, and what is the source of their conflicts? (Min: 50 words per person or group if applicable)
- Cole absolutely hates firemen as they didn’t help him get his cat off the powerlines, meaning the cat died when he was little and has since despised them. Each firemen he sees usually leads to a reaction of flipping them off and yelling obscenities at them. Some unresolved trauma still there.
Criminal Record: Has your character been involved in any criminal activities in the past? If so, what kind of activities have they been involved in? (Min: 50 words if applicable)
- Cole has a single speeding ticket from before he was involved in EMS in Australia. Otherwise he has nothing on his criminal record.
Personal Beliefs: What are your character’s personal beliefs, values, morals and ethics? Are they religious or politically inclined? (Min: 50 words)
- Cole has an inner belief that every person deserves to be treated medically whether or not they are deserving of the treatment. No matter what chaos or lack of it they have caused, Cole will always treat them, unless disrespected by the patient.
Relationships: Is your character in a romantic relationship or involved with anyone romantically? If so, who is their partner, and how did they meet? (Min: 50 words if applicable)
- Cole has a wife back in Australia who is planning to move soon as she has a few more things to pack up back at her apartment. The wife’s name is Juno Jakobs. Cole and Juno met at the hospital while Cole was working a night shift. They started talking and soon started properly dating. Ever since, they’ve been wanting to explore, so to San Andreas they planned.
Physical Description: Describe your character’s physical appearance, including height, weight, hair colour, eye colour, and distinctive features. (Min: 50 words)
- Cole is 6’3, 85kg, has short brown hair, and blue eyes.
There is a noticeable scar on Cole’s cheek from a time in the past where forgetting to wear his seatbelt caused him to come out the front windscreen of a car from the backseat from which a piece of glass gashed his cheek and required surgery.
Backstory: Provide a detailed backstory of your character, including any significant life events, turning points, or experiences that have shaped who they are. (Min: 100 words)
- The numerous times of coming out of the front of cars has caused Cole to have a fear of glass, as weird as it sounds, any time he hears glass shattering, he will scream and panic. From moving to San Andreas, the amount of glass breaking has significantly increased, which has caused pent up nervous energy. Hopefully Cole will manage to keep his seatbelt on.
Having many friends back in EMS in Australia, Cole has managed to learn a lot about his profession and studied under a doctor with pink hair who helped him become a physician and skilled paramedic.
Cole met his wife, Juno, through a surgery. She was getting her tonsils cut out and they hit it off. After talking for several months, they moved into an apartment in Australia, and spent months relaxing and working. They then realised that life isn’t as easy as it used to be and decided they both wanted to move to San Andreas to pursue a new life.
Since moving Cole and Juno have been apart for 1 week.
Current Situation: What is your character’s current situation within the state of San Andreas? Are they new to the state, or have they been there for a while? (Min: 50 words)
- Cole is new to San Andreas and it’s surrounding and people. Everything is just going to have to slot into place and find it’s way to fit in. Though, the best way to not stick out like a sore thumb is to blend in and try and get through the nitty gritty first. Cole is currently jobless, vehicle-less and clueless as to how to start his new life in San Andreas. Hopefully he gets his bearings soon so he can make the most out of his new life.
