William Goreng Davis EMS Application

Out-Of-Character Information:

In-Character Information:

  • What is your name? William Davis

  • What is your date of birth? 30/05/2000

  • Tell us about yourself. William Davis is a lonely man living in a massive city in NSW. This man was born on the 30th of May, 2000. William had very little growing up, living in a small rural town in the middle of Western Australia. His parents struggled, working tirelessly to get their family back the way it should be, but no matter how hard they tried, they never got any luck with jobs because of their ethnicity. Unfortunately, this caused William’s father to have deep thoughts about life. He thought it would be best for the family to end his life, so he did. He left a message, wishing me luck for the rest of my life, and that was that. Moving on to his mother, she had a job, earning minimum wage and making just enough money to help the family survive. We had to move to NSW, which would be a big shift in our way of life. Soon after the move, his mother died to cancer. The way his family died, really makes William have the desire to help everyone, whether it be their wellbeing or overall health, I WANT to be the one to help.

  • What have you done to prepare for a career in EMS? I have studied long and hard. I have always previously been in the NSWA in this city, gaining a wealth of knowledge and reaching the rank of S3-01 (before ranking system was changed). I believe that from this past experience, I will easily be able to get my head back in the right space and commit to a great career at the NSWA.

  • Have you ever been arrested? No

  • Do you have a criminal record? Minor offences (speeding fine)

  • Why do you want to be a part of the NSW EMS Department? I want to be apart of the NSWA as I have a strong desire to relive the career I once had. Also, both my parents had died, which makes me wish to help all citizens wellbeing and their overall health.

  • What qualities can you bring to the New South Wales Emergency Medical Services?
    Leadership
    Teamwork
    Hard work ethic
    Communication
    Good driving

  • What would you like to see changed within the New South Wales Emergency Medical Services? More EMS MUST sign on duty, this has to be changed in the near future.

  • Are you willing to take orders from higher ranks? Yes
