Hello I’m Philip Goreng, I’m a 20 years old and I’m a only child in my family, I lived in a small town up in the northern territory with my mother ands father who has sadly passed away due to being involved in a bad car crash and they sadly didn’t make it, so then I moved down to NSW to get my life back on track on and went to apply for this position as a NSW Paramedic as it has always been my dream to save lives and that I will put 110% of my effort into this position to make sure everything goes well, I’m also a quick learner and good with communications.

  • What have you done to prepare for a career in EMS?

I have done a bit of study on how to be ready to be a paramedic and what challenges I may come across as I have been around accouple of ems in the pass

  • Have you ever been arrested?

No, I have not

  • Do you have a criminal record?

No, I do not

  • Why do you want to be a part of the NSW EMS Department?

I want to be part of the NSW EMS department because I love to help people and save lives, it has always been my dream to do so and it will also be great as I will make a lot of new friends and will be able to learn new things about becoming a paramedic, I have great communication skills, I’m a very quick learner to learning new things & I also put all my effort into the work I do to make sure it is right.

  • What qualities can you bring to the New South Wales Emergency Medical Services?

My qualities I can bring to the NSW EMD Department is that I’m a hardworker with all the work I do, I can also go well being with a team or even being a solo personnel and I love helping people and make sure to not let them down

  • What would you like to see changed within the New South Wales Emergency Medical Services?

What I would like to be changed is the lack of EMS that are on duty and the respond times and I would like to try and change that by always being around and helping out

  • Are you willing to take orders from higher ranks?

When you’re available please join the Official Infinity Gaming EMS Discord @ (Discord), read and accept the message in “rules” and create an Induction ticket. A member of the Training team will claim the ticket and plan an Interview date with you!

Until then, go and get all the appropriate licenses (FULL Drivers Licence) & please read carefully over the (NSWA Protocol ) as this contains all the relevant information and procedures that you will need to abide by. We also have a basic treatment guide available (Basic Treatment Guide ) based on what kinds of injuries you will be seeing in the field and how to treat them. All our employees must also abide with our (NSWA Employee Handbook). Please review all these documents before your training session.
