I believe that I can deal with situations either its in-city or in tickets that I can be completely unbiased no matter what but if i feel that bias may come over me I will contact a staff member either through dms or or the staff chat in city

Why do you think you should become a staff member?

The reason I want to become a staff member is that I miss the whole aspect of helping people out on a day-to-day basis. Iâve been in this city since 2021 and Iâve been around a lot of people with the best RP Iâve ever seen. I just want to be given the chance again to help those people out when others ruin the experience for people in the city. When someone is breaking server rules, I want to make sure I can provide them with the necessary information to quickly resolve any potential rule breaches. Therefore, I could help the people who actually want to roleplay within the city so then if someone continues to be destructive and ruin the community within the cityâs RP, I would step in and make sure that certain rulebreaker isnât ruining everyoneâs fun and rp within the cityâs community. In the past, Iâve experienced many people that decide to do the wrong thing either toward me or the community and so, I really appreciate the dedication and kindness everyone has shown me whilst in this line of work. If I had the chance again to help those people in need and make sure that the community members of infinity gaming enjoy their stay, then I would be extremely thankful as I strive to keep this city thriving.

Why should you be chosen over other candidates?

My dedication and love for infinity exceed many other candidates. I believe Iâve grown to become a loving and trustful person that makes everyone feel that they can talk to me about anything in any situation brought upon me. I do everything to the best of my abilities even when I think the challenge in front of me is difficult I still pull myself to give it a try because at the end of each and every single day, I try to make it my mission to look after everyone in this community and allow them to enjoy their time in this server. I also try to comfort people into not being worried about a rule breach that can possibly ruin someone elseâs in-character role-play or just general experience within the server. I feel like the qualities I have would make me a good staff member in any situation that is thrown at me.

(Metagaming) Metagaming is using OOC information in In-character situations that your character would have no knowledge of unless being told ICâŚ

(Example) There is a situation where someone in an OOC Discord Channel / Server is watching a screen share of someone playing the server, and they overhear something that involves them aka talking bad about the player or something related to that then decides to fly in and without being told of the situation at all and decides to take action on it himself when he shouldnât know about that certain information.

(Punishment) Depending on this userâs history and previous situations with other staff, I would either give them an official warning or a 1-day ban.

(Exploiting) Exploiting is using a bug or glitch within the server that gives you an advantage against other players within the community.

(Example) A group of new players decide to join the server and are wanting to troll so they use emotes to their advantage and do /e sit chair through a window or door then ragdoll so they can phase through that wall making it so they can torment anyone that comes across them with no obstacles in their path

(Punishment) depending on the userâs history and previous staff situations involving this punishment, I would ban them for 1 - 2 months.

(RDM) RDM aka Random Deathmatch is committing an act of killing for no reason whatsoever and without any RP leading up to it.

(Example) A user that is quite new to the community decides after getting some money together to get a gun license and grab a pistol from ammunition then decides to go into an area that contains a good amount of people in that area and then that user decides to walk up to a player they have never had an interaction before shooting them in the head for no apparent reason whatsoever then gets into a car and drives away.

(Punishment) Because this user that is quite new to the community killed a player for no reason Iâd have to give him a ban for either 1 or 3 days and before banning him make sure to give him a hard talking to (if he is willing to listen) and tell him that you shouldnât stuff if you actually want to come back and role-play like everyone else.

(New Life Rule) Information and all situations leading up to your death is lost unless revived by an ems

(Example) There is a hostile situation between an organization and the police force and a police officer drives his car into the hostile area and starts to shoot his firearm then gets shot in the head by one of the org members and cannot be helped by ems as the officer was shot in the head. After some time the officer respawns at pillbox hospital and decides to go back to MRPD to restock on guns and armor and goes to the PD Garage and grabs a car and drives straight back into the hostile situation that is still happening and begins shooting his firearm again which the officer shouldnât even know where the shoot out is because he died and respawned at pillbox and canât remember the hostile situation happening.

(Punishment) As a result of this breach of NLR depending on their history and previous staff sits, but if this is their first offense I would either give a verbal warning or an official warning.

(VDM) VDM aka Vehicle Death Match is essentially committing an act of using a vehicle of some sort to run people over and kill them for no reason at all

(Example) A user flies into the server for the first time and tries to find a car to steal either itâs on the side of the road or in a car park of some sort once they have found a car to steal they drive around looking for people, they have found a player standing on the side of the road then that user decides to drive that car into the player with the intent to kill them which it turns out is their goal once the player is dead they drive away

(Punishment) As a result of the VDM and since this user seems like they are not here to RP with the community and only cause havoc, I would be looking at banning them for at least 3 - 5 days because of their pure intent to fly into the server was to kill someone randomly for no reason with a vehicle

A user is RDMing and insulting other users. You are the only staff available to deal with the situation. What do you do?

So firstly I would investigate the person who insults users and RDMing them, then let the situation play out once the sit is over. Next, I would go to the people involved in the sit and ask for everyoneâs bodycam footage (including the person RDMing) to see everyoneâs perspective involved in the incident. I would look over the collected footage to see if the person that was rule-breaking had a reason for it or not. After seeing all that I needed to see, I would try to talk to the user which is rule-breaking. If he doesnât cooperate, I would freeze him in place and take him somewhere else and ask why he was doing all those things in an attempt to understand his side of the story. So then I would ask him why he started to RDM and insult players and asked if he was RPing the situation killing those users for a reason or if he had no intent to RP and just wanted to have âfunâ by ruining the other community membersâ fun by killing them and insulting them. If his response was just to have fun, then that would be simple enough to investigate the severity of the situation and then retrieve the number of people who were killed as the action was taking place. Once Iâve found the individuals who were affected by this situation, I will return the items back that were possibly taken/destroyed during this time. Finally, I would ban the user for at least 2 weeks depending on their previous encounters with other staff members for RDM, NITRP (No intent to RP), and insulting users of the community.

There is a large gathering of players in Legion Square. A user decided to drive his phantom straight into Legion Square and run over as many players as possible. What rules have been broken and how do you deal with the situation?

Since i wasnât in the situation This user has used the local vehicle to run over a mass amount of people so as a result, I would permanently ban that use that committed the rule break after i sort out that user i would go into no-clip to investigate how many people were killed during this Mass VDM if i feel like I missed some I will go through the kill logs just be sure of myself after all of that I would defib those players that were victims of the mass VDM by that user and DV the vehicle that was used in that situation.

A user has threatened to DDOS and take down the server. What do you do? Who would you contact?

I would handle this situation by permanently banning this user from infinity and I would immediately contact Vyve or any admin+ to take over this situation happening at this moment and let them take care of it accordingly.

There is an Admin that keeps giving people weapons and items (When he is not supposed to), What do you do? Who would you contact?

If I ever saw an Admin giving out weapons and items to players when they arenât meant to i would gather as much evidence as possible whether itâs in clips, screenshots, etc, and decide to build a case against that staff member if I feel that I have gathered enough evidence of this admin giving out items then I would run it through the chain of command and let management take over this situation and let them deal with it accordingly

A user has joined the server and started to spam racial slurs over OOC and voice communication, how would you handle the situation?

Firstly, I would clear OOC chat and disable it for the time being then I will look the userâs name up in either the tx admin or if he logged off in the in-depth logs of the server and give him the correct punishment in this situation which is a permanent ban from infinity, then after a while once everything has cooled down I would enable ooc chat again so people can use it.

A user has reported a âtrollâ has been Mass VDMing but they have no footage or other valid evidence, You have been given an ID, What can you possibly do to determine if these claims are true without footage?

First, if I had no footage to go off I would simply go to the person that the user reported and watch over for a bit to estimate if this user is here to RP or just to âtrollâ while Iâm spectating him I would go through the logs thoroughly so I donât miss anything if I saw that this user has shown up in logs for killing a mass amount of players using a vehicle in the same timeframe itâs pretty clear that he had intended to mass VDM and is here to troll and break rules in result to this players actions I would defib all the people that were killing during the mass VDM and depending on this users history and if they havenât had any other rule breaks during their time in this community I would ban them for 3 weeks for Mass VDM, No intent to RP

'Bradleyâ has just been in a pursuit with police, his vehicle contains drugs and illegal weapons. At some point Bradley crashed his vehicle during pursuit, stole a road-bike and evaded police up a mountain/offroad. Police have now seized the vehicle left behind. 5 minutes later, police notice items being removed from the vehicle. Bradley has gone to impound and is now offloading the contents of the vehicle. What rules have been broken(if any)? How would you proceed to handle the situation?

Well Firstly âBradleyâ would be rule breaching under Fail Role play as âBradleyâ has taken a local road bike and taken it Off Roading / up a mountain which is something you absolutely wouldnât do in real life hence why itâs failrp, Secondly it would seem that âBradleyâ has broken a rule which falls under Exploiting as he has taken his vehicle out of impound while the same vehicle is still with the police to make sure the police officers didnât take his items. How i would handle this, Firstly i would go to the user at the impound and explain what he was done wrong as he was Off-roading on a road bike which results to Fail RP and Pulling his car out of impound which would result in two of his cars being out at the same time to share its storage which is counted as exploited so, of course, i would send him on a vacation permanently for FailRP/Exploiting

âMarilynâ is a devious criminal of the underworld, constantly wanted by police and committing heinous acts of crime! During a situation, Marilyn acquires herself weapons from a police officers body. After equipping the 2-handed weapon at a car boot, Marilyn holds the weapon in her hand, then pulls her phone out and puts it away. Marilyn then carries on about her business. Shortly after, Marilyn gets arrested by police, put in hand-cuffs and taken to the station. While being taken to the cells, Marilyn decides to tackle officers, and run away on foot, eventually stealing a civilian vehicle. During this high speed pursuit down the highway, a police officer intentionally drives down the oncoming lane and has a head on collision with Marilyn, leading to her death because she was not wearing a seatbelt. What rules have been broken(if any)? How would you proceed to handle the situation?

Firstly Marilyn would be rule breaching under Exploiting because while you have a 2 handed out and pull out your phone and put it away it would appear invisible to other users so she wouldnât get caught by the cops for having a 2-Handed Weapon, Secondly, Marilyn would be making another rule breach under Fail Role-play as not only did Marilyn tackle officers while handcuffed but also took a civilian car and when on a high-speed chase with the police while handcuffed therefore Fail RP. The Police Officer that intentionally drove onto the oncoming lane and crashed into Marilyn would be a rule breach on FailFear on the Officerâs Part, in the result of the situation and on how i would handle it i would ban Marilyn for 2 - 4 months for FailRP & Exploiting could be more depending on their past history with other staff members. and hopefully in that time that Marilyn has thought about her actions and will not do this in the future. Now Lastly for the officer that intentionally drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into Marilyn breaking a fail fear rule, i believe he would get either an official warning or a 1-day ban
