Dear Infinity Gaming Staff Team,
Thank you so much for reducing my ban appeal. I am once again writing another ban appeal in regards to the ban duration that was put on my account. Though what I did was unbelievably foolish and wrong, I am reaching out to the Infinity Gaming community as a whole to have forgiveness for me, though I don’t deserve it I ask for a reconsideration of the reducing my appeal even more.
Though a permanent ban to a 6 month ban is unbelievably generous I believe that I have reflected upon my actions by taking more time off focussing on myself and trying to be the best version of myself.
Firstly, I read books on self improvement and to learn the values of other people and how you should not bring them down but to develop a strong relationship with them and bring each other towards success. I feel like when it comes to this standpoint in a RP server I believe the Infinity Gaming community is a wonderful place to bond and build strong relationships within the community, so upon reading this book I am fully aware of how to build strong relationships with others and to not bring them down.
Secondly, I have also worked on my mental health and practiced on how to not make stupid short decisions that may lead to a bad consequence but instead to really think about what i’m going to say, how it’s going to affect other people in a negative or a positive way, this also includes my actions for example, if I do this what will the other person will think or reaction to that. I did this because I believe there are moments when playing the server or any game really where I don’t think about what I’m going to do/say and end up doing it causing a person to feel upset and bring a negative vibe to the session. So I was working on my mental health in order for me to refrain from doing so again.
Lastly, I studied in depth on how important it is to follow the rules and guidelines. I have read each rule and thought about what that rule really means and how it prevents others from not feeling happy or offended. Here are some rules that I have studied in depth, in “1.0 Community Rules & Guidelines” in section 1.3 It states “Racism, homophobia and other forms of hate-speech will not be tolerated.” I linked back to what I have done to receive this ban and looked at the things I did wrong. I then wrote it down on a piece of paper, “Racism, Homophobia and other forms of hate-speech will not be tolerated.” Over 75 times until I could memorize the rule by heart. This means this rule is now engraved in my brain so when I am about to say something my words could link back to the rule that I have memorized and I could check off the things in the rules. Doing these things really helped me develop as a person in general and I believe I can come back to Infinity stronger than ever.
I believe the reduction on the ban duration shows your team’s willingness to allow people like me to learn from their mistakes and prove that we have improved. I assure you that once my suspension is lifted I will engage in constructive ways in the server in order to thrive as a person and to bring a great RP experience for everyone around me.
Once again I thank you so much for your generosity in reconsidering my ban duration. I extremely look forward to the end of my suspension and I promise the whole community to return with a new sense and dedication to the servers values.
