Hello my name is Brax Blake, I am 21 years old and I am from Queensland, Australia. I was born in Queensland and stayed there till I was 18 years old then I moved here to New South Wales. I moved here with my two cousins Valentino Blake and Bradley Blake. We all live in the same apartment over in Tinsel Towers and we all do our own things. I make money now from Woodcutting other then that I just hang around with people in the community and chill.
I have always wanted to become a Paramedic ever since I was a kid. I remember when I was about 11 years old, I went to a street event in my local town and there was Paramedics there and I got to sit in a Ambulance and turn the lights and sirens on and ever since then I have wanted to become a Paramedic. Now I am finally done all my academy and ready to apply for the big job as a Paramedic in this City in New South Wales.

- What have I done to prepare for the EMS? I have gotten to know what is in our bodies and what does what and how to fix our bodies when they are not working right. I have gotten to learn some little things on how and what to do as a Paramedic from my cousin, who was a Paramedic in this city.

- No I have not, been arrested before.

- Why do you want to be a part of the NSW EMS Department?
- Why do I want to apart of the EMS? I want to save lifes and I want to help out as much of the community as I can by being a Paramedic. I want to also learn more then I know about bodies and how to save them.
- What qualities can you bring to the New South Wales Emergency Medical Services?
- What qualities can I bring? I am very active, I can chip in a lot of hours while on duty. I am a fast learner and have good communication, and down the track I could train up new recruits. My cousin also used to be a Paramedic and he has told/shown me things on how to be a Paramedic.
- What would you like to see changed within the New South Wales Emergency Medical Services?
- What would I like to see changed? Probably try and have more active Paramedics but I know that, that could be hard but, I am here to help with that, if I get accepted to become a Paramedic.

- Yes I am willing, to take orders from higher ranks.
